All India Bar Council examination [AIBE-Syllabus]

The All India Bar Examination (AIBE) is there to examine an advocate’s capability to practice the profession of law in India.

After passing the AIBE candidate will be awarded a “Certificate of Practice” by the Bar Council of India.

Examination pattern will be multiple choice question and it will be an open book exam.

” As per the decision of Honorable Monitoring Committee 8 Questions have been rejected/deleted. Marking is done out of 92 marks (Total). Passing % was fixed at 40% for GENERAL/OBC and 35% for SC/ST category.
