That the physical exercise has very little to offer- on the contrary a waiting life has very big to offer- as it holds promise of good living for now and for future.

ἡ γὰρ σωματικὴ γυμνασία πρὸς ὀλίγον ἐστὶν ὠφέλιμος,
ἡ δὲ εὐσέβεια πρὸς πάντα ὠφέλιμός ἐστιν,
ἐπαγγελίαν ἔχουσα ζωῆς τῆς νῦν καὶ τῆς μελλούσης.
- ἡ γὰρ(that the) σωματικὴ(physical) γυμνασία(exercise) πρὸς ἐστὶν (has) ὀλίγον ( very little ) ὠφέλιμος(to offer),
- ἡ δὲ(on the contrary) πρὸς(a) εὐσέβεια(waiting) ἐστιν(has) πάντα(very big) ὠφέλιμός(to offer) ,
- ἔχουσα(as it holds) ἐπαγγελίαν(promised)ζωῆς(good living) τῆς νῦν(for now) καὶ τῆς μελλούσης( and for future).
Note: εὐσέβεια- waiting for something in christian sense for Lord
Comment: Why are you, a christian(male) wasting time in physical exercise, better wait for jesus to come and that shall be profitable for now and for future.
