DECREE OF THE PRESIDENT OF UKRAINE №289 / 2020
On the establishment of a visa-free regime for citizens of Australia, New Zealand, the Kingdom of Bahrain, the State of Kuwait, the Sultanate of Oman, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
In order to develop and implement the principles of partnership between Ukraine and Australia, New Zealand, the Kingdom of Bahrain, the State of Kuwait, the Sultanate of Oman, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, I hereby decide:
- To establish from August 1, 2020 a visa-free regime for entry into Ukraine and transit through the territory of Ukraine for citizens of Australia, New Zealand, the Kingdom of Bahrain, Kuwait, the Sultanate of Oman, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, if their stay in Ukraine does not exceed 90 days for 180 days.

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to take measures arising from this Decree.

This Decree shall enter into force on the day of its publication.

УКАЗ ПРЕЗИДЕНТА УКРАЇНИ №289/2020
Про встановлення безвізового режиму для громадян Австралії, Нової Зеландії, Королівства Бахрейн, Держави Кувейт, Султанату Оман, Королівства Саудівська Аравія
З метою розвитку і практичної реалізації принципів партнерства між Україною та Австралією, Новою Зеландією, Королівством Бахрейн, Державою Кувейт, Султанатом Оман, Королівством Саудівська Аравія постановляю:
- Установити з 1 серпня 2020 року безвізовий режим в’їзду в Україну та транзитного проїзду через територію України для громадян Австралії, Нової Зеландії, Королівства Бахрейн, Держави Кувейт, Султанату Оман, Королівства Саудівська Аравія, якщо термін їх перебування в Україні не перевищує 90 днів протягом 180 днів.
Кабінету Міністрів України вжити заходів, що випливають із цього Указу.
Цей Указ набирає чинності з дня його опублікування.
