  • Citizens Protection (Against Online Harm) Rules 2020 - Social Media" means any social media application or service or communication channel dedicated to community based input, interaction, content, sub content sharing and collaboration, and includes Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Youtube, Dailymotion, Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Reddit, TikTok and any other such application and service;
  • Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan-1973 - Any person who abrogates or attempts or conspires to abrogate, subverts or attempts or conspires to subvert the Constitution by use of force or show of force or by other unconstitutional means shall be guilty of high treason.
  • Consular Affairs Directorate of Pakistan and Consular Services to Overseas Pakistanis and foreigners - Power of Attorney from abroad is required to be attested by Pakistan Embassy/Consulate in that country. After obtaining the confirmation of its genuineness from the concerned Embassy/ Consulate, the Ministry will attest it. For this purpose, attorney appointed in Pakistan is required to come in person with original Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC).
  • Federal Tax Ombudsman Pakistan - The Federal Tax Ombudsman and authorized Staff Members shall have the authority to informally conciliate, amicably resolve, stipulate, settle or ameliorate any grievance without written memorandum and without the necessity of docketing any complaint or issuing any official notice.

  • THE TRANSPLANTATION OF HUMAN ORGANS AND TISSUES ACT 2010 - Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, a living donor who is not less than eighteen years of age, may, during his lifetime, voluntarily donate any organ or tissue of his body to any other living person genetically and legally related, who is a close blood relative and the donation of organ or part or tissue by such person for therapeutic purpose shall be regulated in the manner as may be prescribed. In the case of regenerative tissue, i.e. stem cells, there is no restriction of age between siblings.
