- Prevention and Suppression of Prostitution Act 1996-Thailand - "prostitution" means sexual intercourse, or any other act, or the commission of any other act in order to gratify the sexual desire of another person in a promiscuous manner in return for earning or any other benefit, irrespective of whether the person who accepts the act and the person who commits the act are of the same sex or not;
- Regulations of Mediation (Thailand-2001) - Mediation, becomes a crucial alternative that the Court of Justice employs for the purpose of settling disputes filed with the Court. However, to ensure efficiency and suitability, standardized criteria and procedures are required. In order for all related parties to have clear understanding and standardized criteria, there should be a criteria and procedure for mediation by judges and mediators. It is, therefore, essential to issue these regulations.
