Medicine and Public Health Concern

Exercise training is a useful intervention strategy to prevent sickness ; it increases their physical performance in the form of aerobic capacity but does not  negatively affect existing disease. A research must include muscle strength assessments and resistance training to evaluate the effects of exercise physical on sickness.
