Higher Education Opportunity Act-2008

The president signed the Higher Education Opportunity Act of 2008 into law on August 14, 2008. The nearly 1,200 page bill includes many new reporting requirements for institutions, grant programs for colleges and students, and provisions designed to lower the cost of a college education.
