The Directorate of Enforcement (ED) has filed a Prosecution Complaint under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act against Karti P. Chidambaram, M/s. Advantage Strategic Consulting Private Limited, S. Bhaskararaman, M/s. Talwandi Sabo Power Limited, and others. The investigation reveals the illegal gratification of Rs. 50 lakh and ongoing investigation is in progress.
