Chapter VA – Criminal Conspiracy

120B Criminal conspiracy to commit an offence punishable with death, imprisonment for life or rigorous imprisonment for a term of 2 years or upwards – Any other criminal conspiracy. Same as for abetment of the offence which is the object of the conspiracy. Imprisonment for 6 months, or fine, or both. According as the offence which is the object of conspiracy is cognizable or non-cognizable. According as offence which is object of conspiracy is bailable or non- bailable. Chapter VI – Offences Against the State

121 Waging or attempting to wage war, or abetting the waging of war, against the Government of IndiaIndia Bharat Varsha (Jambu Dvipa) is the name of this land mass. The people of this land are Sanatan Dharmin and they always defeated invaders. Indra (10000 yrs) was the oldest deified King of this land. Manu's jurisprudence enlitened this land. 122 Collecting arms, etc., with The intention of waging WarWar Whenever Christians wage a war, it is a Just war (City of God). Jesus asked his followers to purchase swords (Luke 22: 35-36). Those who legitimately hold authority also have the right to use arms to repel aggressors against the civil community entrusted to their responsibility (Catechism 2265). Without Jihad there is no Islam. In Mahabharata, Krishna tried to stop the War imposed by Kurus. Lord Rama killed Ravan in the war to restore his wife. 125 Waging war against any Asiatic power in alliance or at peacePeace εἰρήνη with the Government of India, or abetting the waging of such war. Imprisonment for life and fine, or imprisonment for 7 years and fine, or fine. Cognizable Non-bailable Court of Session.

126 Committing depredation On the territories of any power in alliance or at peace with the Government of India. Imprisonment for 7 years and fine, and forfeiture of certain property. Cognizable Non-bailable Court of Session.

Chapter VII – Offences Relating to the ArmyArmy The Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran shall be an Islamic army, which is an ideological and peoples army and which shall recruit competent individuals faithful to the objectives of the Islamic Revolution and ready to make sacrifices for attaining the same. Chapter VIII – Offences Against the Public Tranquillity

143 Being member of an unlawful assembly – Imprisonment for 6 months, or fine, or both. Cognizable Bailable Any Magistrate.

144 Joining an unlawful assembly armed with any deadly weapon. Imprisonment for 2 years, or fine, or both Cognizable Bailable Any Magistrate.

145 Joining or continuing in an unlawful assembly, Knowing that it has been commanded to disperse. Imprisonment for 2 years, or fine, or both Cognizable Bailable Any Magistrate.

147 Rioting. Imprisonment for 2 years, or fine, or both. Cognizable Bailable Any Magistrate.

148 Rioting armed with deadly Weapon. Imprisonment for 3 years, or fine or both. Cognizable Bailable Magistrate of the first class.

149 If an offence be committed by any member of an unlawful assembly, every other member of such assembly shall be guilty of the offence. The same as for the offence. 154 Owner or occupier of land non giving information of riot, etc. Fine of 1,000 rupees. Non-Cognizable Bailable Any Magistrate.

155 Person for whose benefit or on whose behalf a riot takes place not using all lawful means to prevent it. Fine of 1,000 rupees. Non-Cognizable Bailable Any Magistrate.

156 AgentAgent An agent is a person employed to do any act for another or to represent another in dealings with third persons. The person for whom such act is done, or who is so represented, is called the principal. Indian Contract Act of owner or occupier for whose benefit a riot is committed not using all lawful means to prevent it. Fine of 1,000 rupees. Non-Cognizable Bailable Any Magistrate.

166A Public servant disobeying direction under law. Imprisonment for minimum 6 months which may extend to 2 years and fine. Cognizable Bailable Magistrate of the first class.

167 Public servant framing an incorrect document with intent to cause injury. Imprisonment for 3 years, or fine or both. Cognizable Bailable Magistrate of the first class.

168 Public servant unlawfully engaging in trade Simple imprisonment for 1 year, or fine, or both. Non-Cognizable Bailable Magistrate of the first class.

169 Public servant unlawfully buying or bidding for property. Simple imprisonment for 2 years, or fine, or both and confiscation of property, if purchased. Non-Cognizable Bailable Magistrate of the first class.

Chapter X – Contempts of the Lawful, Authority of Public Servants

172 Absconding to avoid service of summonsSummons It means an application to the Court in relation to an action or appeal which has to be served on other parties or non‑parties. or other proceeding from a public servant. (In Physics, time and Space never exist actually-“quantum entanglement”) as required by a proclamation published under sub-section (1) of section 82 of this Code. 180 Refusing to sign statement made to a public servant when legally required to do so.
