The below Satanic Commandments are not to be taken in the sense of TorahTorah Tanakh (Hebrew Bible/Jewish Bible) = Torah 1312 BCE (includes Talmud/Commentary), Prophets ( Nevi’im), and Writings/Ketuvim (Persian authorities ordered to compile it in around 450–350 BCE) Genesis (B’reishit) - Exodus (Sh’mot) - Leviticus (Vayikra) - Numbers (B’midbar) - Deuteronomy (Devarim) - Pentateuch (πεντάτευχος) > Septuagint (Greek translation 3rd century BCE, translation means Targum) given rather the Satanic commandments are positive instructions to the practitioners. 3-Satan represents undefiled wisdom instead of hypocritical self-deception!
4-Satan represents mercy for those who deserve it, instead of love wasted on flatterers!
5-Satan represents revenge, and does not turn the other cheek after a blow!
6-Satan represents responsibility to those in charge instead of being involved with spiritual vampires.
7-Satan presents man as just another animal, sometimes better, more often even worse than those who walk on four legs; an animal that due to its “divine, spiritual and intellectual development” has become the most dangerous of all animals!
8-Satan personifies all so-called sins because they lead to physical, mental and emotional satisfaction!
9-Satan has been the best friend of the Church at all times, supporting her business all these years!

Current representatives of the Church of Satan clearly treat LaVey’s Bible as an authoritative text. But, unlike
many prophetic figures, LaVey insistently rejects any grounding of his authority in commerce with the supernatural. He consistently attributes what he has to say to insight rather than revelation.
