Question: Can women with religious problem enter the shrine and the porches during ‘arba‘īn?

Answer: As per obligatory caution, a menstruating woman should not stop in the holy shrines of the infallible Imams (peace be upon them), i.e. under the dome and around the grave. However, there is no problem in entering and stopping in the porches, porticoes and courtyards unless it is a Masjid.
