44. MUSKAN versus ISHAAN KHAN (SATANIYA) AND OTHERS – [2025] 11 S.C.R. 273

51. VIJAYA KUMARI S & ANOTHER versus UNION OF INDIA - [2025] 11 S.C.R. 136
Date: 09-10-2025: The Supreme Court allowed the writ petition, holding that the age-restriction under the Surrogacy Act should not apply to intending couples who had frozen their embryos before the Act came into force.

52. SANKAR PADAM THAPA versus VIJAYKUMAR DINESHCHANDRA AGARWAL - [2025] 11 S.C.R. 197
