It repealed The Industrial Design Regulations(SOR/99-460)
The Industrial Design Regulations (SOR/2018-120) were adopted on June 12, 2018, and entered into force on November 5, 2018, in order to implement the Geneva Act of the Hague Agreement, to which Canada became party on November 5, 2018.
