It has come to the notice of the Hon’ble Court that a number of WBJS officers have been reluctant to upload their profile photographs and update their personal information on the PIS Portal of the Hon’ble Court.
All Officers of the WBJS, including those currently on deputation, who have not yet complied with the directions contained in Court’s Notice No. 6405-R(JS) dated 02.09.2025, are hereby instructed to:
- Upload their recent passport-size colour photograph in the “Profile Image” option under the Modify JO Details tab in the PIS Portal; and
- Verify and update their personal credentials—namely, present address, current e-mail IDs, and contact numbers—under the “Basic & Contact Details” section of the said portal.
This compliance must be completed positively by 10th February, 2026.

CORRIGENDUM

The phrase “their educational qualifications”, as it appears in the 7th line of Notice No. 6405-R(JS) dated 02.09.2025, published on the Court’s website regarding updation of information by the officers of the WBJS in the PIS Portal, stands omitted. The remaining contents of the said notice shall remain unchanged.
It is further clarified that the earlier direction contained in Letter No. 5813-A dated 30.08.2025 of this Hon’ble Court, regarding inclusion of any Degree/Diploma in the PIS Portal, shall continue to remain in force.
This is issued for information of all concerned.

- Upload their recent passport-size colour photograph in the “Profile Image” option under the Modify JO Details tab in the PIS Portal;

under the “Basic & Contact Details” segment of the portal.
You are, therefore, requested to ensure compliance with the above directions and inform all officers under your control, including those posted on deputation, to furnish documents in support of their place of practice to the office of the Ld. Registrar (Judicial Service), High Court, Calcutta, through email at regjudhc@yahoo.com, by 11th September, 2025, positively.
It is further clarified that the earlier direction contained in this Court’s Letter No. 5813-A dated 30.08.2025, regarding inclusion of any Degree/Diploma in the PIS Portal, shall remain in force.
