Appellant preferred two appeals against the same
judgment of conviction dated February 27, 2020 and order of
sentence dated February 28, 2020 being CRA 162 of 2020 and
CRA 3 of 2021. Both the appeals were admitted.

In view of the appellant preferring two appears, the
appellant will be heard on the first appeal being CRA 162 of 2020.
Department will treat CRA 3 of 2021 as disposed of being infrucutous.

Learned advocate on record for the appellant in CRA 162 of 2020 submits that he made over no objection to another advocate.

None is appearing for the appellant in CRA 162 of 2020 even in the second call.
