I would like to request a comprehensive overview of mortgage activity and related financial impacts in Greenland over the past ten years. Specifically:
- What is the total amount of mortgage loans issued in Greenland in the last ten years, presented with a year-by-year breakdown?
- How have these mortgage loans been distributed geographically—by city and place of residence—each year during this period?
- Which mortgage institutions have provided these loans, and in which countries or regions are these institutions based?
- What is the total value of tax deductions claimed for interest on mortgage loans (interest deductions) over the past ten years, with annual figures?
- What is the total amount of interest paid in Greenland during this period, presented per year?
- What is the total value of real estate pledged as collateral to mortgage institutions in the past ten years, with annual amounts?
- Finally, how much combined debt has the Self-Government, the municipalities, and self-government-owned companies incurred with mortgage credit institutions?
