If the Constitutional Court upholds the constitutional complaint, it shall state in the judgment which fundamental rights and freedoms have been violated, which provisions of the Constitution, constitutional law or international treaty have been violated and by which valid decision, measure or other intervention the fundamental rights and freedoms have been violated.
