4. Fair and accurate report of judicial proceeding not contempt .
Subject to the provisions contained in section 7, a person shall not be guilty of contempt of CourtContempt of Court Failure to obey a court order. A disregard of, or disobedience to, the rules or orders of a judicial body or an interruption of its proceedings by disorderly behavior or insolent language. Civil Contempt: Noncompliance with a court order or rule that affects another person; punishment is administered to compel compliance. for publishing a fair and accurate report of a judicial proceeding or any stage thereof.
