Notice To A Person Charged With Contempt Of Court

IN THE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA

WHEREAS your attendance is necessary to answer a charge of contempt of Court by (here briefly state nature of the contempt).You are hereby required to appear in person (or by Advocate if the Court has so ordered) before this Court at New Delhi on the………. day of……….20…..at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon. Warrant Of Arrest

Warrant Of Commitment For Contempt
