The objectives of the Criminal Code are as follows: to protect from criminal encroachment human and citizens’ rights and freedoms, the rights of legal entities, property, the environment, public order and security, constitutional order, as well as to prevent crime.
The Working Format of the Constitutional Court shall be adopted pursuant to the Constitutional Law on the Constitutional Court with a view to regulating the issues prescribed by this Law, as well as internal procedures aimed at ensuring the smooth activity of the Constitutional Court.
According to Article 167 (2) of the Constitution, the Constitutional Court is independent in administering justice, and is subordinate only to the Constitution.
