Pakistan PM Anwarul Haq’s speech on Muhammad Iqbal

Allama Iqbal presented the concept of a separate independent and independent Muslim state in the subcontinent for Muslims, which was made a reality by the Quaid-i-Azam and other leaders of the Muslim League and Muslims with hard work, dedication, sacrifices and national spirit. Unfortunately, Iqbal met his true creator before his vision of an independent state for the Muslims of the subcontinent could become a reality.

Today, the entire nation, including me, is celebrating the 146th birth anniversary of the poet of the East Dr. Allama Muhammad Iqbal with great devotion and respect. Iqbal described the youth of the Ummah as Shaheen of courage, self-confidence, bravery and dervishes. Iqbal exhorted the youth of the whole world, especially the sub-continent, to set the goals of knowledge and research, innovation, and individual and social evolution by keeping the glorious past of Muslims in front of them, and thus conquering the world and putting a bow on the stars. created excitement.

Iqbal’s philosophy of self suggested a unique alchemy for humanity to achieve success in this world and the hereafter without being enthralled by worldly forces and material glitter. It is the eternity of Iqbal’s teachings that not only in the region but also in modern universities in the whole world, the process of research and teaching on Iqbal’s philosophy and speech is going on and on.

While Iqbal made his mark in the world of philosophy, his religious services also have a unique place. Iqbal further highlighted the innovativeness of Islam and our predecessors and emphasized on the continuity and promotion of research and exploration along with propagating harmony with the contemporary requirements of Islamic teachings.

Dr. Allama Muhammad Iqbal awakened the consciousness of the Muslims of the subcontinent about their rights, especially the basic right to freedom, which created a spirit of unity among the Muslims of the Indian and Pakistani subcontinents and they emerged as one nation.

Today, on Iqbal Day, we all must ask ourselves whether we have been able to protect the Pakistan of Iqbal, for which the people involved in the Pakistan Movement worked day and night, sacrificed millions and from which our ancestors hoped. Were associated?

Iqbal dreamed of a Pakistan made of peace, political tolerance and brotherhood. Iqbal’s youth of Pakistan have to play their key role in the service and development of the country and nation with positive and progressive thinking. In Iqbal’s Pakistan, the institutions should be strong, the people should be conscious and the economy should be so stable that Pakistan would become economically free from the chains of debts.

Today we have to pledge that we will work day and night to achieve the Pakistan envisioned by Iqbal. I have full confidence in our nation, especially the youth, that they will fulfill Iqbal’s hopes.

Long live Pakistan.
