Labour problems

Labour problems include a wide range of issues like low wages, poor working conditions, long hours, job insecurity, discrimination, and lack of basic rights, as well as broader problems such as poverty, illiteracy, and unemployment. These issues can stem from the gap between worker expectations and employer abilities, exploitation of a vulnerable workforce, and systemic factors like a lack of education and weak enforcement of labor laws. Other problems include child labor, gender disparities, and labor shortages in certain sectors.
