Draft Promotion List and Staffing Scenario for Clerical Cadre, Judgeship of Alipurduar
Reference: Shetty Commission Report and District Service Rule-2015
In partial modification of the earlier draft promotion list for the Clerical Cadre of the Judgeship of Alipurduar, the following revised list is prepared, detailing the sanctioned strength and promotion scenario after filling all posts through promotion from the existing Clerical and Group “D” Cadres.
The number of vacancies for all Clerical Staff of the Judgeship of Alipurduar, as determined under the Shetty Commission Report and the District Service Rule, 2015, will be as follows after filling all posts through promotion from the existing Clerical Cadre and Group โDโ Cadre.
Accordingly, in partial modification of the earlier draft promotion list of the Clerical Cadre of the Judgeship of Alipurduar, the following revised draft promotion list is issued:
1. Chief Administrative Officer โ 01 Post
Single Cadre Post โ No reservation applicable as per the 50-point roster.
2. Senior Sheristadar โ 02 Posts
Reservation applicable as per the 50-point roster.
a) Sheristadar for the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Alipurduar
b) Clerk-in-Charge for the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Alipurduar
3. Junior Sheristadar โ 01 Post
Reservation applicable as per the 50-point roster.
4. Bench Clerk Grade-I โ 02 Posts (w.e.f. 29.04.2023) and 03 Posts (w.e.f. 04.10.2024)

5. Additional Supervisory Grade Post โ 01 Post
Reservation applicable as per the 50-point roster.
Formula for creation of the Additional Supervisory Grade Post:
