Indian Constitution failed to mention Freedom Struggle

Indian constitution is not the result of freedom struggle nor it has any respect for the freedom struggle. 

Preamble

WE, THE PEOPLE OF INDIA, having solemnly resolved to constitute India into a SOVEREIGN, SOCIALIST, SECULAR, DEMOCRATIC, REPUBLIC and to secure to all its citizens:

JUSTICE, social, economic and political;
LIBERTY of thought, expression, belief, faith and worship;
EQUALITY of status and of opportunity; and to promote among them all
FRATERNITY assuring the dignity of the individual and the unity and integrity of the nation;
IN OUR CONSTITUENT ASSEMBLY this twenty-sixth day of November 1949, do HEREBY ADOPT, ENACT AND GIVE TO OURSELVES THIS CONSTITUTION

Only mentioned  through 42nd amendment and added to Directive Principle

“(b) to cherish and follow the noble ideals which inspired our national struggle for freedom;”

The preamble of Indian Constitution neither mention any freedom struggle or background of the Indian Constitution. Again this preamble cleverly eliminates all the Civilisational background of Indian sub Continent.

Now compare with other Constitutions :

“Recalling the glorious history of historic people’s movements, armed conflict, dedication and sacrifice undertaken by the Nepalese people at times for the interest of the nation, democracy and progressive changes, and respecting for the martyrs and disappeared and victim citizens”

“Whereas independence is a genuine right of all nations and any form of alien occupation should thus be erased from the earth as not in conformity with humanity and justice, Whereas the struggle of the Indonesian independence movement has reached the blissful point of leading the Indonesian people safely and well before the monumental gate of an independent Indonesian State which shall be free, united, sovereign, just and prosperous.”

“We, the people of Bangladesh, having proclaimed our independence on the 26th day of March, 1971 and through [ a historic struggle for national liberation], established the independent, sovereign People’s Republic of Bangladesh;”
