have been pleased to approve the Excise Policy (Excise Fee, Excise Duty and
Margin Structure along with Regulatory Guidelines) for the year 2022-23. The

The guidelines related to Excise fee, Excise Duty & Margin Structure along with Regulatory aspects aims at striking a balance between 3 key objectives:

These guidelines shall be in force from 01,.04.2022 to 31.03.2023.

These guidelines seek to improve the efficiency of process associated with manufacture, import, export, transport and sale of alcoholic beverages while attaching due priority to health and well being of the citizens of the State.
