British Queen’s Speech at Parliament-11/05/2021

Legislation will increase sentences for the most serious and violent offenders and ensure the timely administration of justice. Proposals will be brought forward to address violence, including against women and girls, and to support victims. Measures will be brought forward to establish a fairer immigration system that strengthens the United Kingdom’s borders and deters criminals who facilitate dangerous and illegal journeys.

Latvian National Armed Forces Law

The Commander of the National Armed Forces shall approve the by-laws of regular forces of the National Armed Forces. The commanders of the units of regular forces of the National Armed Forces shall approve the by-laws of the units subordinate thereto. The Constitution of the National Defence Academy of Latvia shall be approved in accordance with the Law on Institutions of Higher Education.

Coronavirus Surveillance Ordinance – Federal Republic of Germany 2021

Laboratories and the facilities mentioned in Section 23 (3) sentence 1 of the Infection Protection Act that examine test material and isolates of pathogens in relation to the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus and carry out full genome sequencing of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus in the Federal Republic of Germany (investigative bodies) are obliged to provide assembled full genome sequences of isolates of the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 for each individual case of full genome sequencing in a form defined by the Robert Koch Institute for the purpose of monitoring the spread of the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 (coronavirus surveillance) in pseudonymised form to the Robert Koch Institute. 

Hungarian Constitutional Court’s Rules of Procedure – 2020

If the petitioner empowers a legal representative, an attorney-at-law (law office, lawyer of the European Communities), a representative of a human rights non-governmental organisation who passed the bar exam, and legal counsels of legal entities and of other economic organisations shall be entitled to act as legal representatives at the Constitutional Court.

The Romanian Constitution – 2003

Law on the revision of the Romanian Constitution no. 429/2003 was approved by the national referendum of October 18-19, 2003 and entered into force on October 29, 2003, the date of publication in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, no. 758 of October 29, 2003 of the Decision of the Constitutional Court no. 3 of October 22, 2003 for the confirmation of the result of the national referendum of October 18-19, 2003 regarding the Law on the revision of the Romanian Constitution.

Romanian National Defence Strategy (2020-2024)

The Black Sea region is of strategic interest for Romania and it must be a safe and predictable area – these are vital aspects for the national security, as well as for the European and transatlantic security. Therefore, I will continue my endeavours for the development of the national defence posture and for the increase of the Allies’ presence in NATO structures on Romanian territory, in addition to an enhanced efficiency of the efforts made by the Romanian State in support of consolidating national security.

Joining protocol of Greece and Turkey with NATO – 22/10/1951

Upon the entry into force of this Protocol, the Government of the United States of America shall, on behalf of all the Parties, communicate to the Government of the Kingdom of Greece and the Government of the Republic of Turkey an invitation to accede to the North Atlantic Treaty, as it may be modified by Article 2 of the present Protocol. Thereafter the Kingdom of Greece and the Republic of Turkey shall each become a Party on the date when it deposits its instruments of accession with the Government of the United States of America in accordance with Article 10 of the Treaty.
