560 12 March 1985 Resolution condemning the arbitrary arrests of members of the United DemocraticDemocracy It is commonly understood as being a political system of majority rule. The evolution of democratic tradition can be traced back to the Magna Carta (1215) and through the long struggle for Parliamentary supremacy which culminated in the English Bill of Rights of 1689, the emergence of representative political institutions in the colonial era, the development of responsible government in the 19th century. In institutional terms, democracy means that each of the provincial legislatures and the federal Parliament is elected by popular vote. These legislatures, are "at the core of the system of representative government". It is a 'power' word. Power rests with the ordinary Citizens. Only educated people understand power. A corrupt or controlled court system can cover failure of it. The religious concept is incompatible with it. Promise to spend more from the public treasury moves to Dictatorship. 787 16 November 1992 Resolution demanding that all forms of interference from outside Bosnia and Herzegovina cease immediatelyForthwith In Rao Mahmood Ahmad Khan v. Ranbir Singh , has held that the word ‘forthwith’ is synonymous with the word immediately, which means with all reasonable quickness. When a statute requires something to be done ‘forthwith’ or ‘immediately’ or even ‘instantly’, it should probably be understood as allowing a reasonable time for doing it. The interpretation of the word ‘forthwith’ would depend upon the terrain in which it travels and would take its colour depending upon the prevailing circumstances which can be variable. 822 30 April 1993 The conflict between ArmeniaArmenia Armenia, the first state to adopt Christianity, has a long history of being under various empires. It declared independence in 1918 but was later conquered by the Soviet Red Army. The Nagorno-Karabakh region has been a point of conflict with Azerbaijan, resulting in a 1994 cease-fire. In 2020, a second military conflict occurred, with Armenia losing control over much of the territory. Turkey's border closure has left Armenia isolated, and efforts to normalize relations have been unsuccessful. Armenia joined the Eurasian Economic Union in 2015 and signed a partnership agreement with the EU in 2017. In 2023, Azerbaijan took military action to regain control over Nagorno-Karabakh, leading to the mass exodus of ethnic Armenians to Armenia. and AzerbaijanAzerbaijan A majority-Turkic and Shia Muslim nation, experienced brief independence from 1918 to 1920 before being part of the Soviet Union for seven decades. Conflict with Armenia over the Nagorno-Karabakh region began in 1988 and escalated after independence in 1991. A ceasefire in 1994 saw Armenian-controlled Nagorno-Karabakh. In 2020, Azerbaijan initiated a sustained conflict resulting in gains. In 2023, Azerbaijan regained the remainder of Nagorno-Karabakh, causing the majority of its Armenian population to flee to Armenia. Despite progress in reducing poverty and developing infrastructure, Azerbaijan faces corruption and accusations of authoritarianism under the continued leadership of the ALIYEV family. 15-0-0

The area fell under British control after World War I and was later administered by Egypt and then captured by Israel in 1967. Despite attempts to negotiate peace, conflict between Israel and Palestinians persisted. In 2007, HAMAS seized control, leading to tight movement restrictions by Israel and Egypt. In October 2023, HAMAS militants launched a major attack on Israel, prompting Israeli military response and a declaration of war. The Israeli Defense Forces launched a ground assault inside Gaza, ongoing as of April 2024. Read more Strip 14-0-1

The purpose of Justice is to establish a perfect State. The State of happiness (ευτυχία) and the Rule of LawRule of Law It demands equality and accountability for all individuals under clear and predictable justice. This principle applies to both people and the State, emphasizing the need for transparency and openness in decision-making. The European Commission has the role of ensuring respect for the rule of law, as well as upholding EU values and principles. This fundamental value forms the basis of the European Union's foundation, requiring all, including government officials, to be subject to the law, under the control of independent and impartial courts.: the United Nations Role

S/PRST/2006/28 22 June 2006 Strengthening international lawInternational law International law imposes legal responsibilities of States in their conduct with each other, and their treatment of individuals within State boundaries. It includes International trade, human rights, disarmament, international crime, refugees, migration, problems of nationality, the treatment of prisoners, use of force, and conduct of war, among others. Bentham in his Principles of International Law (1786–1789) envisaged that an international code, which should be based on a detailed application of his principle of utility to the relations between nations, would not fail to provide a scheme for an everlasting peace. Those who legitimately hold authority also have the right to use arms to repel aggressors against the civil community entrusted to their responsibility (Catechism 2265). 54/263 25 May 2000 Optional protocols to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the involvement of children in armed conflict and on the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornographyPornographic To be considered porno-graphic, an image needs to have been produced solely or mainly for the purpose of sexual arousal. Whether this threshold has been met will be an issue for a jury to determine, or factual evidence. Where an individual image forms part of a larger series of images, the question of whether it is porno-graphic must be determined by reference both to the image itself and also the context in which it appears in the larger series of images.  Where a narrative, such as a mainstream or documentary film, contains images which might be considered ‘pornographic’ if looked at in isolation, outside the context of the storyline or purpose of the narrative, those images may not be pornographic by the context in which they appear. ES-10/15 20 July 2004 Advisory opinion of the International Court of Justice on the Legal ConsequencesLegal relations It is established law that in the domestic or social context, there is a presumption that the parties do not intend for legal consequences to follow and hence do not intend to create legal relations, which imposes the burden of proof on the party seeking to enforce the agreement to prove that the parties did in fact intend for their arrangement to have legal consequences. A domestic arrangement in which prima facie attracts the presumption gave rise to an enforceable contract, then he must plead that the parties had the requisite intention to create legal relations, and also plead the material facts sustaining that assertion. of the Construction of a Wall in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including in and around East Jerusalem 150-6-10-25

2003/43 23 April 2003 Independence and impartiality of the judiciaryJudiciary The modern justice system has its roots in Henry II's reign, where the assize system and common law were established. Professional judges and magistrates started to emerge in the 13th century, gradually increasing their independence. However, they faced challenges, including political involvement and potential influence by the sovereign. Changes to the judiciary system, such as the establishment of the Court of Chancery in 1830 and the Judicature Act in 1873, merged common law and equity, leading to the creation of the High Court, Court of Appeal, and Crown Court. Despite this evolution, the judiciary's full independence was not officially recognized until the Constitutional Reform Act in 2005., jurors and assessors and the independence of lawyers Without a vote

A minority group may be numerically smaller but, on the other hand, may constitute the majority insofar as population size is concerned. In several counties in a few southern states, the black population is by far the larger, but in most states and in the United States as a whole, blacks constitute a far smaller percentage of the total population. 2005/32 19 April 2005 DemocracyDemocracy It is commonly understood as being a political system of majority rule. Promise to spend more from the public treasury moves to Dictatorship. and the rule of law 46-0-7

2005/66 20 April 2005 Right to the truthTruth Mathematical 'truth' may not be agreeable with the philosophical 'truth.' A question may be asked on propositional 'truth' on the grounds of physics, that space and time actually don't exist. Vedic injunction Satyam Param Dhimahi, technically Satya is none other than Brahman. For Madhymic Buddhists there is nothing as such to be called 'truth', as all the corresponding facts are only mental projections. Apart from Bio-neuroelectricity nothing exists for Biological Cognition. So-called religious truths are nothing more than a marketing strategy. Without a vote
