Constitutional Law: Bibliography

Constitutional law is historically the branch of law that appeared last. It is however considered today as the foundation of the other categories of law or as the summit of the legal pyramid, according to the metaphor used to affirm the primacy and therefore the supremacy of the State. There would be no contradiction here if constitutional law were similar to a constitutional monarch, foundation and summit of the state, in whose name everything is done, but in reality without power of its own.
