With reference to the captioned subject, I am to inform you that the appropriate authority of the Government of West Bengal has initiated the process of digitizing the Service Books of the Members of the WBJS, to ensure smooth transition from traditional paper-based records to a modern, digitized system.

In consideration of this initiative, the Hon’ble the Chief Justice has been pleased to direct all Judicial Officers to submit the requisite information, as annexed herewith, directly to the email ID esbjd24@gmail.com, provided by the Judicial Department of the Government.

You are, therefore, requested to take note of the above direction and inform all Judicial Officers under your control to submit the required information along with supporting documents, from their official email ID, to the aforesaid email address at the earliest, for maintaining easily accessible and up-to-date service records.
