National Whistleblower Scheme
If you have obtained information on certain matters at your current or earlier workplace โ or in a workplace where you have or have had similar work-related activities โ you can report the matterMatter Normal matter is made of molecules, which are themselves made of atoms. Inside the atoms, electrons are spinning around the nucleus. The nucleus is made of protons and neutrons. Inside the protons and neutrons, exist indivisible quarks, like the electrons. All matter around us is made of elementary particles. ( building blocks of matter > quarks and leptons). All stable matter in the universe is made from particles that belong to the first-generation. Fundamental forces result from the exchange of force-carrier particles, which belong to a broader group called โbosonsโ. It is only certain types of matters you can report to the National Whistleblower Scheme, including:
- breaches of certain types of EU lawLaw ฮฝฯฮผฮฟฯ:ย Positive command of sovereign or divine. One can be ruled either by a Statute, a Statue, or a Statement. - serious breaches of the law and other serious offences
- harassment and sexual harassment.
You cannot report information about matters that you have become aware of, for example, as a citizen in a municipality. If you are dissatisfied with the case handling done by a municipality or another authority, you must use the means of redress in that specific area.

If you wish to make a written report, you can use the special reporting portal or the specific email address created for the National Whistleblower Scheme.
If you wish to report information in person, we ask that you contact us in advance โ in writing or by telephone โ so that we can agree on the circumstances of the meeting, including that it may be held in covert circumstances if you wish.
You can report anonymously. If you want to be anonymous, we advise that you use the reporting portal as it allows the external whistleblower staff to continue communicating with you even if you want to remain anonymous. You can find out more about the reporting portal via the link above.
Note:
Youโre a whistleblower if youโre a worker and you report certain types of wrongdoing. This will usually be something youโve seen at work – though not always.
The wrongdoing you disclose must be in the public interest. This means it must affect others, for example the general public.
Personal grievances (for example bullying, harassment, discrimination) are not covered by whistleblowing law, unless your particular case is in the public interest.
