We will promote the implementation of the China-Africa Ten Partnership Actions for Jointly Promoting Modernization, accelerate the construction of the China-Arab “Five Major Cooperation Patterns”, take the 10th anniversary of the China-Latin America Forum as an opportunity to open a new chapter of cooperation, and continuously promote the joint self-reliance of the global South.
Third, in the face of decoupling and chain-breaking, China will firmly be a force for opening up. We will promote the implementation of the eight actions for high-quality joint construction of the Belt and Road Initiative, coordinate the construction of major landmark projects and “small and beautiful” livelihood projects, and continuously expand new spaces for win-win development with higher levels, more resilience and more sustainable. Fourth, facing the countercurrent of unilateral bullying, China will firmly act as a force for justice.
